Strategic consultant/expert in field of Aerospace/Automotive, Defense, Engineering, Product Development, Product Support, and Advanced Technology (Manufacturing, Engineering, Simulation). Advise and assist global engineering and R&D firms, aerospace and defense products/services companies, private equity and principal investment firms, and strategic corporate finance teams on mergers and acquisitions, business and operational transformation, and corporate and business unit strategy. Able to skillfully provide:

• Client direction and expertise across the full aerospace product development life cycle and value stream, from early design to aftermarket services (MROs) - including technology insertion and research and development (R&D) leveraging.

• Client direction of OEM and Tiered supplier market drivers, challenges, and needed capabilities found within the industry.

• Specific and detailed requirements for Tiered suppliers of engineering and operations solutions to be successful incorporating all the Functional disciplines (engineering/operations/etc) as well as sub-functional optimization of resources to meet targeted price points (nonrecurring and recurring).

• Objective and company strategic directions, business models and risk mitigation strategies coupled with integration plans that include expert merger and acquisition due diligence for enhanced market success.
